Kanyini Learning Course
Help us build a transformative course that brings the teachings of Kanyini — responsibility, connection, and unconditional love — to communities around the world.
The Story
Kanyini is more than a word. It is a way of being — a deep sense of responsibility and unconditional love for all things: the land, each other, and the generations yet to come.
For years, these teachings have been shared through gatherings, stories, and lived experience. Now, we are building something that allows more people — regardless of where they are — to sit with these ideas, reflect, and be changed by them.
The Kanyini Learning Course will be a self-paced, deeply human experience. It will weave together Elder knowledge, storytelling, and practical reflection to guide participants through the four pillars of Kanyini:
• Ngurra — belonging and connection to land
• Walytja — family and kinship
• Kurunpa — spirit and inner life
• Tjukurpa — the law, the story, the foundation
What your support makes possible:
Course development and curriculum design in close collaboration with knowledge holders and Elders. Professional recording of video and audio content. Accessible design for learners across different abilities and languages. A platform that remains free or low-cost for communities who need it most.
This is not content created about First Nations people. It is knowledge shared by them, on their terms, for the world.
Every contribution — large or small — brings this course one step closer to the people who need it.
